My Origin:

My journey began a decade ago, diving headfirst into the world of human resources. For over six years, I navigated the complex currents of a global, multi-billion-dollar company with 20,000+ employees, mastering the art of aligning people with purpose, crafting policies, to leading investigations with fairness. For about four years, I also worked in a small company of about 500, where every decision felt personal, and every employee like a neighbor. Those contrasting worlds—global and local, corporate and close-knit—shaped me into a consultant who sees both the big picture and the human details.

In 2018, I earned my MBA in HR Management, a milestone that sharpened my strategic edge and deepened my commitment to mission-driven HR. As a bilingual English/Spanish speaker, I bring a unique ability to connect with diverse teams, ensuring every voice is heard, whether in a boardroom or a break room. Based in Lubbock, TX, I’m proud to call the Hub City home, channeling its Red Raider spirit and resilience into every project. While I work remotely most of the time, I’m ready to provide onsite support, bringing West Texas warmth to your workplace.
